* Purchases can only be returned or replaced within 7 days of the date of purchase, subject to the conditions stated herein.

 

• 1. It is not possible to return or replace any purchases without the original invoice.  The product must be in a resaleable condition (i.e. the factory packaging has not been opened), unused and unopened with the accessories.

• 2. No return or replacement shall be made for cables, all types of CDs and recharge cards.

• 3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the relevant emirate.

• 4. Accessories and software are not covered by the warranty.
•  
• 5. Computers CANNOT  be returned for any reason whatsoever and the defective parts shall be replaced or repaired by the agent.
•  
• 6. We cannot serve you if the original packaging is not available.
•  
• 7. The maximum maintenance period shall 14 days from the date the agent receives the item and not from the date the store receives it.
•  
• 8. The Warranty shall be void if the product is used incorrectly, such as overclocking the CPU or monitor card, overheating, or downloading hazardous software.
•  
• 9. The Warranty shall be considered null and void in the event of material damages, burning, removing, tampering with the logo / serial number, and if the computer is not used in accordance with the manufacture instructions for use.
• 10. The customer will be charged 500 dirhams if the order is canceled after installation (pc)
•  
• 11.2.5% of the paid amount will be deducted from service and operating fees in case of canceling the order

* The above-mentioned goods shall be delivered in good condition.

* No pirated software shall be installed at the time of delivery.
The Warranty shall be one year from the date of purchase.
The goods shall remain our property until the payment thereof is received in full.
